Hi Harison - it may have moved slightly with the new Glow Up on Canva. If you click on any photo in a design, click EDIT then it should pop up (now) no your left hand side in the Side Panel. For a while it was popping up to the right hand side, but Canva listened to feedback and put it back where it used to be. Hope that helps!

Hi! I would definitely reach out to support as they can advise on moving to Canva Pro, especially if you are on a teams account... and make sure all of your data/designs gets transferred over OK.
