Usually you get it immediately. However, sometimes it takes longer. Especially when the game is further away. Make sure to check your spam as well. If you receive nothing a few days before the game or your trip you could contact Barca and ask them. But I've never experienced that I didn't receive the email. Hope that helps! @@mendez7078 I believe there are still ticket offices. But I think they are open on matchdays only. Last season they also sold tickets at the Barca store next to the Sagrada Família. But since Atletico Madrid is such a big game I don't know if they offer it there now. The ticket offices next to the museum (at the camp nou) are still open but I can't say if they sell tickets there still. You can always go to one of the Barca stores to ask or contact them online.
The tickets will be on your phone. You can open them in your Barca tickets app. And I believe you also get them by email but I am not 100% sure if they still do this.
