A quick tip. If you use the handles to lift the eggs out with the lid. You can flip it so the eggs land in the clear lid and that way you can run under water to cool them quickly.

There's a mistake here, and that is with pricking of the egg. It would be best if you pricked the egg on the big (not pointy) side of the egg. That part of the egg is empty and has air, so when it is cooking, the air will expand and crack your egg. So basically, you need to place the eggs upside down, if that makes sense and prick them on the big side that should be facing you.
so the pointy end sits is at the bottom, the fat end is on the top, and the fat end is pricked?

I got this from Kmart yesterday and is an amazing product! Thank you for the demo as I found the instruction book a bit vague. This appliance does make boiling eggs way easier!!

I came for the same reason. The instruction booklet was super vague.
That's why I came on here too, the instruction book was very vague, wasn't it!. I originally wanted to find out which end is the dull end ha ha (that was my reason for looking for this), but read brads comment above that says put pointy side down, and then it dawned on me, if that is the pointy end, the other end will be the dull end...duh ha ha. Love the video, thank you!!

I was trying to pull the egg pricker lid thing off, but i wasn’t able too, do you have any ideas?
You weren’t able to prick egg ? Sorry couldn’t understand what you said
Use a pair of plyers to pull off top. You could use a gentle tap from a knife to make hole.
I wish something like this was in a fridge door to save space. It could rotating from the cold fridge to a separate compartment to cook

I lost the little measuring cup. How much water do you use?

My measuring cup has 113mls to top of measuring 74 to middle and 55 to lowest measure. Maybe someone else wih better scales will put more precise levels.

I swear my timer never goes off. How does it actually know when to go off??
It beeps loudly when it goes off. Put right amount of water according to instructions manual. Or May be your product is faulty.
Mine didn't go off either...then I realised I had only turned the knob halfway to warming, not all the way to cooking!
