INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef: 2 lbs/500 gms
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
Crushed red pepper: 1 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
Oil: 1/2 cup
Onion: 1 medium sized cubed
Green bell pepper: 2 cubed
Tomatoes: 2 chopped
Ginger and garlic paste: 2 tbsp
water: 1 cup

PREPARATION:
Chopped onion and set aside. Cut bell pepper and tomatoes into cubed.
Heat oil in a pot add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
Add keema and stir for 5 minutes on high heat till water dries.
Add ginger and garlic paste and stir for 1 minute.
Now add all powder spices and stir for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and water and stir for 1 minute.
Cover the pot and cook keema on medium heat for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes uncover the pot and stir keema.
Add shimla mirch keema and stir for 2 minutes and cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

After 10 minutes Shimla Mirch keema is ready you can enjoy with chapati, naan or steamed rice.
