And don't think, your genetics are bad. That's silly stuff in most of the cases. This only is important when going to compete on a professional level when you have maxxed out everything. Every normal person should be able to lose/gain weight and gain muscles. The thought "my genetics are bad" is mostly only not training, eating and sleeping right. I'm 45 and a male nurse and one of the most important advices I can give, is to work out and move yourself to stay healthy. Go, man! You'll make it! Have a great day and life!
