so i've been playing guitar a really long time, but i still cant jam like this. I'm fine with any rhythm guitar but when it comes to sweet fancy stuff like you're doing, my hands just feel like they are incapable... any advice on how i can get to your level?

Start off by playing the part you want to learn to a metronome at a comfortable speed, then increase the speed of it slightly until you are comfortable with that, then keep doing this until you can play it at full speed.
