I think a big fan of Street Fighter especially Akuma asked them to create a more powerful akuma of all. and in a way they managed so much is that he has a shun goku satsu that there's no way to dodge since he uses instant transmission to catch the opponent anyway. this Rare Akuma next to Goku is the 2nd strongest I think. however Son-Goku's autonomous ultra instinct (Master) is really unbeatable, but the mystery still remains in the air. Will this Shun Goku Satsu get the autonomous ultra instinct?. or does he manage to escape?. but it is more than defined. The only one who beats Goku Autonomous Ultra Instinct Master is Jiren. out him. no one defeats Goku
You're Right, probably their battle will continue since Rare Akuma didn't manage to use his shun goku satsu on Goku UI and MUI. Based on previous boss-fights, this goku can escape any hyper moves in his MUI form.
