I don’t think that’s the case lol I’m pretty sure that specific big cat just doesn’t like going near her, probably afraid or alert. So she just uses a longer stick to make sure he can get the meat. The cat showed no hostility from what I could see.
If you thought that noise was growling you are mistaken. It’s the wood feeder stick scraping against the fence.
