Plan B, is an English rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and filmmaker. He first emerged as a rapper, releasing his debut album, Who Needs Actions When You Got Words, in 2006, He is multi talented like Ren. The song Ren is referencing of Plan B is "Plan B - Sick 2 Def". must watch Plan B videos are "Plan B - ill Manors" "Plan B - She said" "PLAN B - FIRST PAST THE POST (UK Election)" and "Plan B - Stay Too Long"
One of my favourite artists, and I straight away saw that Ren would have been a fan of Plan B for sure. They are different, but their stories hit hard. Different, but both equally great, so proud of them both.
This is how many Beasts/Monsters/Murderers that I found mentioned/referenced in "Losing It" 1. Fee fee, fi fi, fo fo, fum - Giant from Jack & the Beanstalk 2. Scooby Doo - & Crew hunt Monsters 3. Ghost 4. Poltergeist 5. I’m a Demon 6. Morgan Freeman - imprisoned for murder in Shawshank Redemption. 7. Rag and Bone Man - known as the bone-grubber, bone-picker. 8. Macbeth - the protagonist is a monster due to the murders he committed. 9. A Werewolf out in the moonlight 10. A blood sucking parasite - Lyme Disease Tick 11. Vampire 12. Venom - Marvel Universe 13. Pop one, pop two, drop three men - Redlight/Greenlight Squid Games Murders 14. Godzilla 15. Gorilla in the Jungle - King Kong 16. Bear in the Wood - Grizzly 17. Mordor Lord - Sauron 18. Nazgul - Dark Servants of Sauron 19. The Devil
@@TXTrojan No probs, there could be some other lists done as Movie Title, Actor & Rappers as so many mentioned in this one song - even Rico Tarantino due to the 'No' Lullaby its references Rico's Lullaby UA-cam skit not being a Rap track. Double & triple entendre galore.
Plan B is extremely talented UK artist. He raps, sings and plays certain instruments, just like Ren. He’s been around a long time now. His first studio album called ‘Strickland Banks’ is literally the story of a Jazz musician and the trouble he suffered growing up over in USA. How the album is put together to tell a story from start to finish is incredible!! I think you’d really appreciate his music.
Very talented artist, Strickland banks wasn’t his first though. “Who needs actions when you got words” would be his first and is also great, very raw, very strong topics, worth a listen.
48 yr old woman and I love this. And your channel. Don’t mind the ladies clutching their pearls and “gettin’ the vapors” (damn, I’m Southern) from some explicit lyrics with absolute bars. “Milk that udder!” LOLOL Keep doing your thing. 🤘🏼
Yo Plan B album The Defamation of Strickland Banks Real 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Hip Hop mix Soul music and a Real dope Artist like Ren only Ren is special 👊🏼😉 love the channel and both of the 40 boys and love the different views thanks 👊🏼😎✌🏼
Pretty sure the lines you meant are, "I have stood in the fire that cremated my brain, and I didn't once flinch or shake." Not looked them up, but that is what I heard.
He was nominated for 4 awards in the Prague film festival for this song Hi Ren , I think he should be for the tale of ,Jenny ,screech ,and violet also!
YES!! Wade in the Water pleeeeze. It’s the next Ren that you haven’t experienced yet. He swaps his guitar with his guitarist and plays bass instead. Pure blues, pure soul. His guitarist also performs a song and simply crushes it. 🙏❤️
Since Genesis is a favorite of yours, you need to find REN doing it LIVE. He is on a rooftop with acoustic guitar. I saw a reaction to it and It was fantastic of course. #REN
Black Pegasus, I can’t express how much I love you in these reactions. 😍. You knew every word to “Hip Hop” (me too!) And loved you mouthing the words. I am NEVER disappointed with your reactions. Love, love, love!!! 🩵🩵🩵
His performance with Chinchilla "How to be me" live, is another phenomenal performance. Another set of covers that show off his range is him busking with Sam Tompkins.
I just love BP's little kid smile every time he hits play on this video with a newbie in the studio. Just knowing you are about to blow someone's mind and share in the joy of experiencing such a raw and powerful work. I can't seem to get enough of this!
Every Ren song I listened to became my favorite until I heard the next one. For a while it was Hi Ren, then The Hunger, then Chalk Outlines, then the Jenny/Screech/Violet trilogy. Now it's his homage to old school and Beastie Boys: What You Want. The Big Push take on War Pigs and Paranoid is also excellent! I think there's even a video where Ren plays guitar, sings, raps, juggles and does magic tricks all at the same time, but I could be mistaken.
What’s amazing about the scope of Ren’s talent, is you’ve only scratched the surface of his catalogue. He has songs that sound unlike any of the ones you’ve covered so far. “Chalk Outlines”, “Crutch”, “Diazepam”, “What You Want”, “Depression”, “Humble” all have unique sounds from different genres
I came to Black Pegasus through Ren. Now I just watch Black Pegasus because the man has style/respect. Thankyou for bringing the creativity and for making me deep delve 👊 The boys are definitely back in town ✌️

You are spreading the love and I admire you for that! As for what the guitarist is wearing - it's a skirt. I watched another reaction where the reactor said "he can't wear a skirt" and one of the comments said "of course he can wear a skirt, he's french!". I thought that was so funny - loved it!
I'm a woman, and, I'm 53 , and, I'm locked in to #Black Pegasus, and, I'm not going anywhere. You guys rock, I love your humour, and I love that you keep it real. ❣
To add on I just realised Eminem performed Guilty Conscious with Dr Dre, Plan B worked with Ed Skrein but Ren performed both characters on his own. Mad props.
The members of "The Big Push" were/are all independent solo artists who struck up a friendship, moved in together, and formed the band. "The Big Push" (Ren Gill, Gorran Kendall, Romain Axisa, and Glen Chambers) busking sessions, concerts, and live recordings all are amazing and well worth checking out. All but the drummer sing lead vocals at times. Ren, Gorran, and Romain all play multiple instruments. Ren plays acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, piano, and drums. Gorran plays acoustic, electric, bass guitar, and harmonica. Romain plays acoustic, electric, bass guitar, ukulele, and piano. They are each incredibly gifted artists, and their solo work is completely different from each other. Well worth checking out. Their covers of "I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop," "Wade in the Water/Nina Simone/Trouble so Hard," "Watch Out," “War Pigs,” “Roadhouse Blues,” "My Generation," “Paint It Black,” "An Englishman in New York," “Bongo Bong” are awesome. On “These Boots Are Made For Walking,” “Praise You” (Fatboy Slim Cover), “What Kind Of Woman Is This,” all three take a turn singing. The songs "Oh My Woman," “Swan Song,” “Sweet Little Lady," "It's Alright," “Dignity,” and so many others are equally impressive. They also recorded some songs yet to be released. No telling what the future holds for them, individually or as a group.
I’ve checked out some of their solo work and it’s all great. No single band has any business having that much talent. It’s criminal that they’re not way more famous than they are
Jesus Chrysler, it's still his band. Each member can claim it as their band just like each member of a family claims the same people as "their" family.
In the context of the conversation they were having and what was meant by saying that (Ren being the subject matter of the conversation and video), it absolutely is "Ren's band." Saying it that way was 100% correct.
@@TwistedSisler The subject matter is irrelevant to the fact that this is not Ren's band. Ren is simply an equal member of the group. Have a blessed day.
Hi guy’s I’m from the U.K., and only recently discovered you via watching and obsessing over the Ren reactions. I’ve just had a quick look the other comments, and none of them answer your question about “who is Plan B” He is a U.K. artist who is a lot like Ren, but more commercial. He is a rapper, singer song writer film writer and director. He is worth looking up. Maybe you could consider doing some reaction videos of his stuff.
This was another very enjoyable reaction and conversation. I really love the concept of you introducing your friends and fellow artists to Ren. As for the Plan B reference, Plan B (Benjamin Paul Ballance-Drew) is an English rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and filmmaker. He first emerged as a rapper with the release of his debut album "Who Needs Actions When You Got Words" in 2006.
I bloody love Ren, been fan-girling since Hi Ren and I never fan girl anything, I love every single thing he's done so far. Love that you're showing your friends, this reaction was top drawer 🔥 oh and mushy peas are rank, I'd give them a massive swerve if I were you, the chippies here in England all sell them and all they do is ruin perfectly good fish and chips.
Me again, my 10 th. Reaction to Hi Ren, I love the shock on the boys faces. Now watch Jenny, Screech and Violet,,,,,I'm in Violets story,,,to a degree, but I got away. What a gift Ren is. Much love from Gramma on Vancouver Island in Canada.
I absolutely love watching people discover Ren. However, I think my favorite is these long-form videos where you're taking someone through a journey. The look on Don's and Voxout's face when "I shot the sheriff" started, and Black Pegasus' shit eatin' grin, that was just gold. I think it's that expectation for those of us that know what's going to happen, then other people's reaction to the talent, is just incredible. He's so good that it just makes you take a step back. No need for the auto tune or mixing, just pure, unbridled talent. It's beautiful to listen to and watch. Keep exposing Ren to more people, my dudes. I love seeing it. I will gladly watch the same songs over and over just to see the awe pop up in peoples faces. It's amazing to share that moment of "oh, this is incredible", with others.
As a 50yr old female (subscribed to ur channel)…and apparently 1 of only 3 female’s still subbed 😊😊!!….it’s soooooo important for me to address how much I appreciate the #40yroldfuqboyz satire , it’s the reason I subscribed. However…..the #1 reason is….the real…raw…honest reactions!!!
It would have been perfect if you'd finished by watching Ren's reaction to all the reactors. When he livestreamed a few hours after the release of "Illest of our Time", people told him reactions were already going up on UA-cam. He popped over here, and when he saw how many reactors had jumped on it, he lost it... literally choking back tears. He couldn't believe it.
Dude I love how hype you are. Like how you love sharing the music you love with other people. I do the same thing but only difference is nobody ever likes it as much as I do hahaha
The mister Smith thing you guys were talking about is the most vital to the entire song. No one I've seen react to this has caught it yet... around 10-20 reactions looking for the one. And Pegasus you've reacted to this the most. You're so close man.
I think I watched over 20 reactions of Hi Ren and half of them are you introducing him to someone else :') Good on you for spreading the Masterpiece he produced and its message.
Have you done Bongo Bong and English Man In New York Yet? Both with Ren's great singing voice. I could just listen to Ren play guitar like he did in the beginning of Shot the Sheriff all day long! He is so good!
Not only do you want to watch it again but you wanna watch it with these reaction videos because with so many different eyes that I’ve watched and black Pegasus on what they see it helps you learn more about what the song has when you can’t see it from your eyes. I’ve watched maybe 10 or 12 reaction videos on this song and I learned something new from each person and sometimes I pick some thing up on my own.
When he is standing, look at the shadows. it's beyond clever, amazingly beautiful, and friendly down his rabbit hole.check out Bongo Bong and Children of the Moon, amazing.
i watched a gazillion reactions to "losing it" and this is the first time i hear about the invisible selfie stick... you cant unsee it once you saw... chapeau!
Love your Ren show and tells!! Love music part 1,2&3 please or what you want! little side note, busking only refers to music not other forms of street performance here. it's a right of passage for some amazing musicians. appreciation from Manchester UK
Bro thats three differnt songs, shot the sherrif (Bob Marley), road to zion (Damien Marley with Nas) little bit of luck (MC Neat). The UK always made cutting edge music because of all the influences from around the world. The underground scene is crazy, from jazz to drill shit is 🔥🔥. Listen to Portishead live sets, if you havent, and you will see so many genres all melted into this new genre that only that band could do even back in the 90s
You are talking about what you listen to, what you grew up with. I remember being 4 yrs old seeing the black and white images about the war in Vietnam, then watching the Micky Mouse club. I'm in my late 60s. I got my first stereo in 1965, and my Mom belonged to Columbia House records.😁 ok, enough back story. I am so excited about Ren, I keep sharing him with everyone. If you are into music, you still grow, and you still appreciate it. I live in NE Colorado, and I discovered your station watching reactions to Ren. I will continue going you, thank you!❤
I loved it when he said this is dope. You had a grin on your face that went from ear to ear, like he was talking about your brother. Just shows to me, what a top guy you are. You guys have got yourselves another sub 👍🏻
I love all your reactions! I can't get enough of Ren, he is my favorite artist right now. You should check out his song POWER! I haven't seen anyone react to that one yet.
I love the reactions!! But we need to get Don's reaction to "The Tale of Jenny, Screech and Violet (full version) please make it happen BP!!! ✌️❤️!!! salute🫡
First time watching one of your reactions. I’m a Ren fan and so this popped up in my suggestions as I have been watching a ton of Ren reactions. I love that you bright your mom into this. So cool.
I keep watching Ren reactions to see it through others eyes as I can’t get that first time hearing Ren back again. Subbed because of your support for Ren. Great reaction and a complete joy to watch !
Hi Guys. I discovered Ren on UA-cam like most people. So I shared a video with a friend of mine who loves his live music. He's nearly 60. He replied with that I was late with him. He saw him twice. The Big Push. He said that he was the best gig he had ever seen. 😳. Amazing talent. Glad you are helping spread the news about Ren.❤️
"So cower at the man I've become When I sing from the top of my lungs That I won't retire I'll stand in your fire inspire the MEEK to be strong" Meek does not mean weak. The meek are strong yet tame, the bull & the ox are meek they could crush men but they do not wish to. they lighten our lord. Soldiers & police are more often than not meek because they do not want to do violence, but in defense they will. Psalms 37:11 - “But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.” those who are very strong but hate war and violence & see it as a defense not an offense tool they delight themselves in peace. What a divine delight is peace, I served the 3rd Infantry I thought i could bring peace I thought I could end war but it seems that only the dead have seen the end of war & war is now something I abhor (he wrote the lyrics in the video but it is often mistranslated as weak)
I saw Job for a Cowboy live in Baltimore MD inside a giant bar/stadium near Ravens field. Their was some A**hole in the crowd boo'ing every song by every band for a while. Job for a Cowboy started playing and said after the first song DIRECTLY to him into the mic, "you got a problem? I will come BEAT YOUR A** if I hear you over everyone else again". I'm 6 foot tall. Job for a Cowboys singer made me look small. 43:30 Love his music choice (although I love music in all genres). I have only been to rock concerts. I have seen Ozzy, Job for a Cowboy, In This Moment, Devil Driver, HateBreed, Lamb of God, Marylin Manson, Killswitch Engaged, Gwar, and Static-X to name a few =)!
Love this reaction!!! Y’all are so awesome!! You need to just make a Ren reaction playlist so we don’t have to scroll around 🤣☠️😬. Lol I didn’t see a suggestion box 📦 😂 anyway I wish I had friends to share my music with I live so far away from everyone I know so it’s been rough… lonely actually but I guess it could be worse I get to watch you guys bring in new ppl to watch this stuff so I get my fix 😂 love ya ❤❤❤❤❤
Love that you take the time to share this with everyone...never gets old...honestly, my favorite thing about this channel is that you're not just about finding stuff you love and promoting yourselves, but about sharing the love throughout the Hip Hop community
Watching the premiere and it's been great! Ren just has so many different sounds! I love when you introduce people to his music. I'd be curious to know what you think of some of The Big Push's original music. Great reaction guys!
46:41 So a UK reactor said this is “A Little Bit of Luck" by English UK garage duo DJ Luck & MC Neat. UK garage, abbreviated as UKG, is a genre of electronic dance music which originated in England in the early to mid-1990s. The genre was most clearly inspired by garage house, but also incorporates elements from dance-pop, R&B, and jungle. -thank you Wikipedia Just thought it was interesting. I didn’t know the song and had never heard of garage music.
Another great reaction guys! Can you imagine how many thousands of people just walked on by when The Big Push were out performing because they had no time to stop and listen. They missed out big time.
Super cool thing about a 360 camera is that it captures everything around it and you can frame the shot AFTER you capture the images.. and can zoom in and out in post along with picking the style of capture like the 'tiny planets'. Huge amount of possibilities if you can envision what you want to drag it out of the capture.
HI Ren just scored 4 nominations at the Prague Music Video festival for best video, best low budget, best cinematography ,best European video. Yay Ren!
Thanks for having me! My album is out now “It’s all Temporary” by Voxout
Good to see you here

Love that you're showing your friends, this reaction was top drawer 🔥 oh and mushy peas are rank, I'd give them a massive swerve if I were you, the chippies here in England all sell them and all they do is ruin perfectly good fish and chips.
This woman's opinions do not speak for all of us Brit's
@@danielneil2414 😂
I think Daniel just wants to see them try mushy peas. 😂
She's right. Mushy peas are rank. Fish and chips with curry sauce all the way.
Plan B is a rhythm king rapper!- Huge top ten UK artist!! At least one no 1 song!!! he does it with a real rhythmic beat 💓 🤣 😏 funk-rap! I call it.
REN is the future of MUSIC....AMAZING !!! 🎸🎹🎚🎶🎶🎶
A man’s world with Ren and sam
As a 50yr old female (subscribed to ur channel)…and apparently 1 of only 3 female’s still subbed 😊😊!!….it’s soooooo important for me to address how much I appreciate the #40yroldfuqboyz satire , it’s the reason I subscribed. However…..the #1 reason is….the real…raw…honest reactions!!!
I love listening to ren , I think my personal favorite of his is what you want
Ren came to shift the music paradigm.
Haha 4 ladies. Yup I think there are plenty more folks out there that need to relax😆 Enjoying your Ren rollercoaster. Amazingly talented young bloke.
BP you enjoyed introducing him in I shot the sheriff so much.😅
Have you done Bongo Bong and English Man In New York Yet?
Great reaction. The joy on your face when you know what's coming is priceless.
i watched a gazillion reactions to "losing it" and this is the first time i hear about the invisible selfie stick... you cant unsee it once you saw... chapeau!
Love your Ren show and tells!! Love music part 1,2&3 please or what you want! little side note, busking only refers to music not other forms of street performance here. it's a right of passage for some amazing musicians. appreciation from Manchester UK
I absolutely LOVE the rabbit hole sessions with friends!
"she sells sea shell by the seashore" is actually a refrence to his other song "money game pt 2" haha. He's amazing.
When you introduce Don to chalk outlines and How to be me will be awesome to see his reaction.
I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF BEING IN REN’S PANTS! 😂
I will continue going you, thank you!❤
I will continue coming to your channel!🙄😁
Also, Ren posted yesterday that he will be in The Rolling Stones mag.❤
Excellent reaction as always excellent guest, Thank You
I loved it when he said this is dope.
"I have stood in the flame that cremated my brain and I did,'nt once flinch or shake "
I love the reactions!! But we need to get Don's reaction to "The Tale of Jenny, Screech and Violet (full version) please make it happen BP!!! ✌️❤️!!! salute🫡
Great reaction guy’s always fun when you introduce new Ren music too your friends. You get such a kick out of it and we do too.
Ren big push, king of the bongo
REN gave you a big shout out in his pod cast
First time watching one of your reactions. I’m a Ren fan and so this popped up in my suggestions as I have been watching a ton of Ren reactions. I love that you bright your mom into this. So cool.
Always love a Ren - Hi Ren - Ren introduction reaction video! 👍
Great reactions.
Yes there are reactors with multi thousand subs reacting to Ren.
I also just subscribed to ur channel.
Also a video of their live concert...."The Big Push live at the Brighton Dome..Sept 2022
I keep watching Ren reactions to see it through others eyes as I can’t get that first time hearing Ren back again. Subbed because of your support for Ren. Great reaction and a complete joy to watch !
42 year old white woman here, I think I’ll stick around a while.
Great job! Love that you keep introducing Ren to other artists. Next, you personally need to check out Ren’s 16 Bar Challenge.
"So cower at the man I've become
When I sing from the top of my lungs
That I won't retire I'll stand in your fire
inspire the MEEK to be strong" Meek does not mean weak.
The more I listen to Ren (a lot) the more I appreciate his timing.
He puts spaces between his words that mix up his flows so he is adding new flavours all the time, but still keeps to the two characters personalities.
Love it!! Thank you guys!! I love Ren. 🤘
Check out Ren and Eden Nash singing Humble
Here for you and #Ren always ❤️
Would love to see you react to Chalk outlines.
Losing it is an edm track by Fisher, so this is his rap retake over that original track
That's a perfect roller coaster to show newbies to ren 😂 love there reactions to rens tallents
-thank you Wikipedia
Just thought it was interesting. I didn’t know the song and had never heard of garage music.
I can't wait for you to react to What You Want. 😊
To answer your question, Romain has a lovely wardrobe of skirts, and maybe a dress or two.
Pegasus I love watching your face revealing these songs to your friends like it's some secretly stashed candy and everyone's on the brink of hunger 😆
