Rekkless yes thsts correct l had a chance to see the house it is on a bussy rd the living room is closest to the main rd the sales rep said there were specisl windows to refuce rhe noise level
locations are overrated, not everyone wants to live on top of a private hill overlooking the sea cliché. The only thing lacking in this house is some ❤️ it very much feels like a showroom.
Each block of land is different & has challenges. I think the architect did the most with this given plot & they did a fantastic job given this location.
I am from Melbourne. Bad design for Melbourne weather. Useless swimming pool. High ceiling will require lot to heat the house during winter and cooling during summer. Not practical design but anyway there are too many suckers in that real estate market.
The pool is probably heated, the rich people don't care paying more hydro to get a house with high ceilings and lots of windows, you are thinking from a ordinary people's mind. Lol

Excellent home, just a very bad location. A waste of talented people and money. I would not even consider this for a luxury home,
