Hey there brother, most of us are not "Jewish "

@@nelishiafagan2111 I'm happy to hear that you're having a blessed feast. Chag Sameach and may we be grateful as The Most High teaches us how to free ourselves from the bondage of spiritual slavery, as we draw closer to Him. And may the blood of the Lamb remind us, the sacrifice made on our behalf to bring us back into covenant relationship through His suffering on the Roman pagan cross of death, but Praise the Most High, His Son overcame death because death could not hold Him; therefore, if we accept and believe on His Son's Message and obey YHWH, we too will find LIFE in Elohim. Blessings be upon you and to your family b'Shem Yeshua The Messiah of Yisrael and the Lamb of Elohim!

You give details, you tell what kind of flour to use. It takes a good teacher that tells details to make good Unleavened Bread.
This is my 1st time to try to make it, I don’t know anyone whom makes it. I am alone.
I’ve been so stressed out before I found your video

the other video doesn’t tell details like you do and they say “add more water as needed” ,

    Exodus 12: 33-39
The Egyptians were urgent with the people to send them out of the land in haste. For they said "We should all be dead." So the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading bowls being bound up in their cloaks on their shoulders. The people of Israel had also done as Moses told them for they had asked the Egyptians for silver and gold jewelry and for clothing. And the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have what they asked. thus they plundered the Egyptians. And the people of Israel journeyed from Ramses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand men on foot besides women and children. A mixed multitude also went up with them and very much livestock both flocks and herds and they baked unleavened cakes of the dough that they had brought out of Egypt, for it was not leavened, because they were thrust out of Egypt and could not wait, nor had they prepared any provisions for themselves.
A 17 minute timing from the water touching the flour, is not from the Torah, maybe the Talmud, but YHWH mentions even this little detail for us. Only follow the words of YHWH... Not what man has added

Shalom, You can add them at any time. Sometimes it's better to afterwards at one's table, if you have children, so they can be involved without being in the kitchen and possibly be in the way if doing a large batch.

@Joel Cruz the fluffing action is from steam, its not leavening the bread. It used to concern me until I realized steam is not leavening.

Was thinking I could bake this instead of using a nonstick pan? also if one pricks the flatbread before cooking it that would keep it flat if i bake it? so i dont have to pull it out n flatten it several times. interesting disco shirt! i like the shofar sounding!! good camera work also.
