I've been watching you build bikes for as long as any of it's been on TV/Video/etc... I've got a frame and a motor and a pile of parts in the barn... My sons are going to help me build it. Thank you Billy Lane for inspiring me as a young kid, and now getting to share the experience with mine. I would be honored to be able to show it to you when it's all done. To get Billy's stamp of approval would mean the world!! 🤘 Rock on brother!
Just don't put on them stupid looking handlebars he's been using for the past 20 years they look fucking ridiculous and they got to be so uncomfortable to make your head spin
Billy's attention to detail is phenomenal . I love the short trip down Billy "Memory Lane". Billy's a true craftsman. Can't wait to see the finished bike.
Billy, I have been watching you for a long, long time. I must say, I know that Indian Larry is watching above us all and is so proud of you, as I am. Keep building, I love to watch you build bikes. You are a true person that inspires me to love bikes even more. Thanks for your video and keep building them.
Hang tough Billy! I think your an inspiration for people like me and my skills. I'm only wrenching on a sportster, but what I've seen over the years, has been quality from you! God bless you in the name of Jesus
So excited to see BLOW come together. You using all the older parts from the 90s is badass. I remember watching all the biker build offs. So cool to see you build bikes now days. Build your bike how you want. Just because you dont build a bike with a kick start dosent make you soft. If you ask me being a hater is being soft
@@REDMAN298 I don't see how anyone even questions it. Dude competed against Indian Larry who is considered iconic and his bikes are now stupidly collectible and inspired how many other builders. Jesse James who despite legal and other shit is well known as being a top quality builder. He deffs ain't no OCC nerds.
Man I wish you or even you and Jesse would do a fab school like gambino and gene winfield do. I grew up watching you guys and that’s the reason I got a bike at 17 and started learning to fab and weld. I’m so thankful for those shows, I know it altered a lot of youngsters paths including myself growing up with this shit on tv
I've been watching Billy lane since I was a little kid. He was alway such a well spoken, polite, and very nice guy. Love his style of bikes. Well I'm 37 now and am getting ready to take ownership of my father's 72' FX.. I Watch all of Billys videos to lean tips. Love the content Billy. God Bless my friend.
Hey bro, this reminds me of when we used to have bikes at the Eazyryder shows, George was still around and you used to build cool basic choppers. Nice work, got me missing the old days
Billy, you ARE FUCKING AWESOME, wearing the Aidan hat. We need more people to learn about Aidan and the newborn disease. Just another reason why you are top shelf, brother.
Hey Billy, looking forward to watching this build. I’m retiring from the military in a few months and thinking about a chopper build project. Thank you for your inspiration and guidance.😎🤙🏽
I am definitely a better bike mechanic now than I ever was before following your inspiration and guidance. Thanks Billy I appreciate you taking time out of your life to teach
Man those lines mmmmhhhmmmm lol! I believe Blow is gonna out due the ol Miss even tho the Miss is one of my fav's for sure. Can't wait to see more my man, God speed and God bless!
Live forever brother, but I hope to hell and back you have a couple apprentices learning your trade. It would be a shame if that incredible experience wasn't learned and expanded. Love this channel
Really loving this channel, and really looking forward to following this build. Watching skilled fabrication happen along with so much information on how and why is awesome. No BS just good old fashioned skilled building of bad ass shit.
I used to watch my dad and grandad change tractor tyres by hand in the early 80s when I was a child. . . I change mine using exactly same method as you . . . Only with tyre soap for ease some tyres can be buggers .
i miss the biker build off shows I took my chopper project apart in 2010 when i went to iraq.. may be time to pull it out of the attic.. keep the up dates coming
Another master piece I built my first chop in 1990 out of all the builders out there you are my favorite we have the same exact style my favorite front and is from Denvers springer I used to read my uncles choppers magazine over and over as a kid spokey is my favorite build of yours hey I noticed our hands look the same dose your thumb and index finger hurt at night my finger tips hurt at night when I fab up stuff lol that chop is going to be sick as fuck .Indian Larry and Jesse james are also some of my favorites from a creative stand point you guys to me are my bike God's anyway keep on keeping on blessings to you and your family bro.
Your one of the reasons I got into motorcycles at a young age. The things I could learn from just sitting in your shop. The things I could see and hear! Your one of the true and pure builders!
Another cool, learning video...I saw the piece of the bike u built in the Indian Larry build-off and really like those wings. But the best part of that bike was the whiskey shot glass...never really found out more info on it, and if there was a shot poured...☺
I remember watching you ride that bike pissing gas all over you heading up to my neck of the woods here in New England. I spent the day customizing my 2002 FHLT to make an exhaust from my Night Train fit, success. Now just fine tuning the Mikuni. You're a huge inspiration Billy.
Thanks Billy I haven't been in my shop as much as I should due to marriage situations and health issues do to marriage situations lol but you have helped enormously Thanks crank that Marshall amp up lol.
Yeah I like the way you do things when I was 17 years old I built my own chopper I use the Eamon hardtail frame what does Springer front end I also didn't like a front brake or fender on the highway I loved it just like you said smooth
Billy if you line the colored o mark on the tires with valve stem the tire will 9 times out of ten be ballanced without using wieghts its showing the heaviest spot in the tire from factory. love the vids keep up the great work
If u hav a true passion for building motorcycles each build is unique just like each bike is unique and all u hav to do is listen to her and she will tell u exactly what type of motorcycle she wants to b

Lol I'm about to catch all the slack for putting an electric starter motor on a knucklehead build. But I want kick start plus electric starting.

I outgrew proving myself years ago. Larry was a big help in that department. Thanks for the words
