Shadow Diamond may be one of the first slots I recall to use the now fairly popular "Super Stacks Feature" where each reel contains mystery positions that are randomly replaced with one of the slot symbols before each reel spin is initiated. All mystery symbol positions on a reel are replaced with the same symbol per spin although the bonus "diamond" symbol will only appear on reels 2, 3, and 4.
This is why in these type of games, it's not uncommon to "Fill the Screen" with a particular symbol. To trigger the bonus, you need to land full stacks of diamond symbols on reels 2, 3, and 4 after which you then select a diamond to reveal a top symbol which will always be used for the mystery symbol during your 7 free games. No retriggers in this game!
All in all, it's not a bad game and you can get a lot of play out of it, but certainly on the lower-volatility side so it's hard to see a Jackpot or even a true Big Win on this one unless you can find a high-limit version, Enjoy!

I love this game. If you have real good reflexes you can stop the reels and really catch some great hits. I play this game all the time here in Illinois. I won 180.00 on it today.

I beg to differ sir. I play this game all the time and know for sure that the reels can be stopped to catch stacked symbols. Try it sometime.
I used to play this game back in Waukegan Illinois. You can stop the reels and catch big hits.

I remember the first time I played it was years ago I was quite entertained and was surprised how much play I was able to get out of it but it's since become fairly popular as one of those "filler" games you see around that doesn't seem to get a lot of play. Stopping the Reels is a myth in that it will change the outcome.
I've never seen this game in a casino, but I've played others similar to it that require the middle reels to be filled with 9 icons to trigger the bonus. I didn't see anything particularly enticing about this game, but it's not a bad game either.
I agree: it's kind of in the void in some ways although still, it's not horrible either!
I always have a lot of luck with this game. there is another like it called golden goddess that I can never seem to win at but this one always makes up for it.

This is the worst game I have ever played seems like I lose more than win I lost over 5000,00 playing this game the highest I won was 100.00 dollars yea I'm done playing it
