    I can't find research supporting long term weight loss with any diet or restriction based plan. Do you have any research that shows positive results at 3 years, 5 years and 10 years?

    Regarding the Hard 75, or really any "plan", ultimately designed to help change behavioral/lifestyles? It seems like the hardest part of changing to healthy eating habits, is changing your behavioral choices that have become the norm over the course of someone's life time. What do you suggest for changing your lifestyle to becoming healthier?

      Incremental change is a lot more sustainable and effective. Instead of doing everything all at once, start with healthy things you know you can accomplish.
      This builds confidence and is a good foundation to harder things.
