Unfortunately Richard, resting is no help for sciatica, in fact resting makes it worse. Cold baths and loads of ibuprofen, plus i got physio on Monday. Can't see that being much help but worth a try. Cheers.
Hello Derek, I am so sorry about your back. We'd chatted briefly about never messing up your back because you're never the same. So, when I read the description of today's video I thought, "Ohh no, that TOTALLY sucks!" I started watching and then got a phone call which side tracked me. I started to do chores... yuck! While moving a large bag of kitty litter from my car to the house up the back 5 steps I heard a "PoP" in my neck and shoulder.. I quickly finished up what I was doing, took a shower, put my PJs on and slapped an ice pack on the throbbing area. Good news... I can watch the rest of your video and let the Motrin and muscle relaxer do their thing. I hope that you feel better soon! Give my love to your beautiful bride! 😘🤗🤟💜

Busiest time of year for us as well. Hopefully better sooner than later. My beautiful bride is giving me massages most nights so every cloud! 😁💜
So sorry to hear you have sciatica, it can be very debilitating. I have had it on and off for 40 odd years. The pinched nerves are swollen and you don’t want to keep pinching that area. I know you can’t rest but you do need a few days limiting your pushing and bending over. Hope you gat well soon. That was an incredibly dirty rug but you cleaned it superbly as per usual.👍🏼🇦🇺😊
Thank you, I'm learning to cope with the pain, it fluctuates, some days not to bad, other days its hard to work. They wont operate either so im stuck with it for the foreseeable future. 💜💜💜
