Did the axle housings come in black or did you paint them that color? (In all the official product photography they appear in bare aluminum).

I'm building one at the moment. Put one of the axles in wrong so it drives the wrong way. Have to take it apart again! Mine was missing various nut and bolts so I have had to go out and buy more. I wouldn't say the instructions were that good. Lots of stickers stuck over other bits - changes or corrections to the instructions. And the labeling of parts in a million sealed plastic bags! Many are wrong.
