Ever since them two,Ramsey and les left after 10 years of incompetence and the Malaysian melt left as well ..no surprise good recruitment a non panic get a manager in like ainsworth to appease the fans to take the heat off of the director of Grenfell.
We are now recruiting well using the loan system superbly and identifying the weaknesses in all areas .
Look there will be challenges but getting them 3 out was vital they were quite frankly useless.
