I feel like with a cGPA 3.57 and a scGPA 3.71 I'm going to have to take like an extra grad level pharmacology or pathophysiology class to stand a chance to even get looked at.

We've seen applicants with lower GPAs get in, and we've seen students with 4.0's get rejected. Yes, on "average" 3.7 has been the norm but that's not to say it can't be done!
