I enjoyed what I got through of this one Cindy, my leg's playing up something chronic though so will listen to your don't go to the ouch rather than the vascular nurse's push through the pain today. I think I did nearly ten minutes thank you🙂
Yes, this week I worked out with a movement specialist who said sometimes less is best. Listen to your body as the goal is to feel better. Push through the pain when being supervised by your vascular nurse's exercises and listen to your body when you are at home. Thank you for viewing!
