He was being co handled out of Monaghan Garda station by a well known detective with the surname of Ryan. The Judge in resultant case pertaining to the road death was informed that the man was an informant. The man was giving a choice of prison OR deportation from the Republic of Ireland, a real no-brainer. He should have been jailed and then deported, but jailing him would have exposed the fact he was an informant as the man said he would spill the beans in order to remain free. The man and the Gardai both came out winners, the man was paid taxpayers money to get out of Ireland and thus the Gardai's dirty secret was shipped off back to Lithuania. Please share this info, I would be grateful - thank you.
