Its... Alright I guess? Bog standard with decent usage of animation and design, the dialog is boring and bland without much proper emotion or character to it and you overuse the shadowed face a little bit too much.
Aside from that they just don't react to interesting things, they react to Touya, then Dabi, then the fact dabi is touya with no transition or real buildup, then just see a bunch of thirst traps and pointless angst. Now that is not saying that angst is pointless, just that the angst that you present has no point in the story that you're attempting to tell.
Overall I give this a 3/10
