Walker is 100% Percy Confirmed. The story about him being born in a hospital with a statue of Poseidon in front of it and the fact that he would just run around in the tank is and playing around in all the underwater sets Proof that he was born for this role.
I swear the universe does this shit idc how cringe that sounds it truly felt meant to be and weve seen this a couple times before with actors its cool to see :) ugh i hope they get to do all 5 seasons
It should be a casting rule that, when you are doing an adaptation, your actors should already be fans. It makes them more passionate, and more devoted to getting it right. Hermione and the whole cast of The Passion come to mind. Also Lord of the rings.
it's kinda wild how many stories I have heard now of actors who get these big roles, where they were somehow connected to it when they were a kid. saying they are that character- it's truly like they manifested it. the fact that Poseidon was outside his hospital. I love when life does cool coincidences like this. it feels meant to be lol.
As someone whose entire childhood revolved around Percy Jackson, and who is born in the same year as the walker and the others, I’m so thrilled about this show!!! It’s so good and much better than the movies, gods SO MUCH BETTER. I hope we get the whole book series and maybe even Heroes of Olympus!!
Was anyone else expecting Aryan Simhadri when asked aboug his horns and his ears to just say, so yeah those are actually real, shh dont tell anybody in a comedic tone.

This interview alone is all the evidence anyone would need to know that Walker Scobell was born to play Percy Jackson.
Exactly anyone still in denial needs to rewatch this

We better see the blooper reel of him being flung by the jet.

The Passion, like the series based on the bible? I don't think "fans" is really the right term here haha
@@GuardianSpirits13they’re not talking about that dhow
Agreed, but it’s also critical that the writer’s also be fans.

Same. It's like it was foreshadowing who he would play later. It's just so cool.
