After the man was shot in the living room, OP returned home again and shot him a second time... Sorry I forgot the name of the man that the cheating wife set up to be shot... A repeat in the storyline that was corrected... 😎👍
I wish the story highlighted how long it takes to get justice. I’d have preferred if they talked about the year you have to wait for a manslaughter trial. The sheer paperwork and bureaucracy that define the system.
For someone that idolized his father a Hero. He takes the one thing left of his Legacy his son. That is a problem for me to understand, his son and one of The guys he saved took away his last sense of family.

That’s actually not true. We live rural and I actually carry special firearm insurance. Our state has a Castle Law. But all you have to do is go watch all the lawyer and civil rights, or similar channels. These cops and prosecutors are out of control. That’s especially true if there’s an affair going or on the perp is a minority. I don’t think it’ll ever happen. But I have no doubt if some guy broke in and I called him that I’d be hauled away. Oh sure I’d probably get bail, and sure I could get a great lawyer. But I think it would be 50/50 if it went to court. Then you get the jury that can do a lot. This mind you is in a castle law state and I have access to great lawyers and insurance. I’m sure you see in the news this happens all the time.
I live in Missouri and we have “open carry and castle doctrine.” I also have CCW and have paid for firearms carry insurance over 20+ years and thankfully have never had to use it. However, I’ve read on several individuals where the local prosecutor would not file charges due to castle doctrine, and yes the individuals had to pay for legal representation.
All 50 states have some sort of Stand your ground laws. Castle doctrine is an explicit specification of where you have that right. No state will prosecute you for defending your home (unless u shot an officer in a no knock arrest). That said, they may take you to court if they don’t believe you were standing your ground.If you can prove that you THOUGHT you were under attack, you’d be fine in even state Castle doctrine just applies to ones car and body as well. That said, Some states have what is called “The duty to flee” rule, which is very self explanatory. You have to try escape first. This rule is pretty weak and hard to prove either way, and in no state that adopted the rule extends it into the home. Duty to flee is for public interactions, it does not require anyone to try to flee their home.

A glitch in the audio of the story was the repeat... When it was pointed out to LLC it was taken down and the repeat in the story was corrected and posted again after removing the glitch... I'm sure you have heard stories that had such a glitch... But this was the first time I had seen the video taken down and the glitch removed... Yeah...🤨... When YOU call 911 and say you just shot someone on a recorded line the cops see a nice easy open and shut case and let the lawyers and the courts figure the rest out. The cops will half-ass the paperwork on a traffic ticket what makes you think they won't ram through that same half-assed paperwork on a shooting! Maybe 50 years ago cops had more honor and integrity, now departments are infested with bullies, psychopaths and sociopaths, and narcissistic egomaniacs who ALLL have anger management issues and a fondness for thinking the laws they swore to uphold don't apply to themselves.

They can be modified, I had my gunsmithing special occupation tax paperwork for a few years there, just for the purpose of being allowed to have an automatic in the states, that was fun, but yeah you can do a ton of stuff to a glock I found, they even have kits lol
