I don't think GnS is really a thing anymore other than this channel uploading old Project Alpha stuff like this. I believe I remember the game was based on Outbreak: Undead rpg but Ivan probably heavily house ruled it as he seems to do. This show is like three years old and he's probably moved on and away from it completely but he maybe possibly might answer on twitter. Maybe?
