The latest machines are available that work brilliantly and perfectly. But the real problem wasn't with the technology - but with the four helpers who were responsible for the harvest.
The machines, all in perfect condition, were able to get the job done with ease, but unfortunately none of the helpers were able to operate them properly. 4 of the 4 helpers were simply overwhelmed by the task. People tried to operate the machine, but were constantly confused with the numerous levers and buttons. Another tried with greater force, which resulted in the machine breaking more than half of it. The third was so nervous that he misinterpreted the machine's every movement and kept stopping it, only to reach into thin air again.
The fourth person had no knowledge of technology and just stood there, unsure and helpless. But then there was DarkRaven - the only one who knew what he was doing. With a steady hand and a sharp eye, he controlled the machines like a professional. He understood every detail, every setting and was able to control the equipment so that it kept the parsnips out of the ground efficiently and quickly without damaging them.
While the others tried to deal with the machines, DarkRaven worked calmly and purposefully. He used every movement with precision, ensuring not a single parsnip was left in the ground. In the end, it was only DarkRaven who managed to complete the harvest in record-breaking time, while the others were still struggling with their failed attempts.
In the end it was clear: the machines were ideal, but without DarkRaven's skills the parsnips would still be untouched in the ground. This harvest season showed that even the best technology is worthless if the right hands are missing.
