@@DonEBrooke32 well, if you think about it, it's physically impossible to do what is shown. As you said, the sheer weight of Sammo would make it impossible for Donnie to do. Assuming he was strong enough, grabbing someone by there clothes like that to support their entire weight and then flip them would at least mess up the clothes giving him an untidy look if not break them. But this doesn't happen in the film. What it looks like is as if Sammo is in rigid clothes as if stuck onto a large plank of wood or platform - when levered upwards like the action of being thrown, Sammo's body doesn't flop or fold in any way like it would in real life. Ergo, it's more than likely wires were used for the heavy lifting.
