Reveal everything."warts and all". Assets and Liabilities, 3)Document and keep good records this avoids alot of trouble, speculation 4) Put things in writing . When you have a family meeting, have family meeting minutes and circulate key decisions in your family whats app group so everyone is on the same page 5)Have a plan of what you want to achieve if it is to sell the family property, consider others like school going children, other elders needing help in the family, clearing bills or debts etc. Once these issues are tabled usually we can minimise conflict to a greater extent.
