Now we have one metro, two metro lines works in progress, after that another three metro line also be made. All lines would be inter conected. Step by step electric line would go under soil. Dhanmondi area electric line already gone under soil.

There is a limit on how tall structure you can make practically. Almost whole Bangladesh is made of soft mud carried by rivers. So the cost shoots up as you try to go tall. Also there are restrictions around airport. As it is in the middle of the city.
