I'm at one hit away from losing and my Special meter is full or at least to 2, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong... Ryo's QCF - QCF A+C should be easy, I do it all the time in other KOF games. I've tried other characters as well and I can't get theirs to work either. I'm using the original 2002 Arcade version (NGM and some numbers to be technical, I think) as well as the Magic Plus II version. Is it something I'm doing? I hope I can get a response.

Aside form low health and having enough super meter you must be in MAX mode for HDSM's to work.
