- This time I went to Peru for a judo match. My student was chosen to represent Japan at his first world tournament. I was very happy and moved that he was able to perform well as a representative of Japan, something I never got to do.
Sports isn't just about being strong. I think the value of being an athlete lies in the emotions and being cheered on by others. I will keep that in mind as I continue to work hard.
