- In this video I’ll be deep cleaning and protecting this Range Rover Sport. This car had a lot of contamination (iron and tar) which needed removing in order to brighten up the paintwork again.

Great transformation Heather. I've had mixed results with Parla, sometimes it goes on a dream, but its not a product to use on a warm day. Let it dry for too long at your peril! It becomes stubborn to buff off and I have ended up deconning panels and starting again before now, Customers phoning mid application can cause grief then! If its warm, or windy, only spray onto a cloth then apply, do not put it straight on the panel. Its still a product I like though and use regularly!

I’ll keep that in mind with Parla cheers! I’ve used it mainly in quite humid conditions but not very hot so I’ll avoid it on those sunny days!

Just 1 qu: is GTs decon shampoo slick as you work the product on the paintwork? Any other recommendations, Heather, for a " slick shampoo" . Thank you!

Thanks Graham :) Decon shampoo is super slick, definitely one of the slickest I've used. It is strong though so it's not something I'd use for regular washes, just for those deeper cleans 2-3 times per year. If you're looking for something to use on weekly washes I'd recommend the Garage Therapy ONE/ Car Shampoo. That's really slick and economical too

If the the weather is a bit cloudy then I find that above 25 degrees Celcius (77 Farenheit) starts to make things more difficult. If it's in direct sunlight though it definitely causes more difficulty at lower temperatures (about 20 degrees C/ 68 F) so I have to try and keep the car cool with the pressure washer so products don't dry out

Very nice turnaround. Question: I leave the glass until last. I get the glass nice and clean, then move the window down to clean the top edge. When I move window back up, the bottom of the window is dirty from the dirt trapped in the window seal/gasket. What do you do to clean this area out? Thanks Heather.
Thanks Kim! I usually just get in the car so I can clean that bottom bit when the window moves up when the door shuts :)
With my car being ceramic coated. I'm looking for a snow foam and shampoo that I can use. Anything that you would recommend? Looking for bigger bottles of these two. Thanks
One thing what about the roof of it and the sun roof if fitted and the under side of it and the engine only half of job done
Have you had any issues with kc green star affecting existing protection
It's pretty strong stuff so if used at 10% or stronger then a lot of waxes and sealants will take a hit. I prefer to use it on unprotected cars mostly
Hi Heather, what piping do you use for your trigger to your pressure washer? Mine is forever bogging me down and getting tangled.
It’s just the standard hose that comes with the Kranzle, it’s great quality
@@AutoCareHQ Looks superb. I forgot you switched to Kranzle. Been waiting patiently for the last 6 years for K2 to bite the bullet but it just keeps going even when my clumsy sister put it on with zero water in the tank 😭. I need me more power...
That Pyramid snow foam lance looks interesting. How would you compare it vs the MJJC Pro 2 as that’s out of stock with a 1/4 QR everywhere?
It's a really good lance, I probably use it more than my MJJC and MTM now.
It drains the bottle quite a bit slower compared to the MJJC so the foam isn't as thick if you put the same amount in, but the cost per wash is the same when you factor in that drain rate. The construction is nice and sturdy and the measurements on the side are clear. It will leak a bit if you tip it upside down (not something that I noticed with the MJJC, although the MTM suffers from this problem too)
