That's why I love this podcast. I was just dealing with the tool speeds and feeds in my library vs. my program. I second the notion of having our names in the coin, would be pretty cool. Great vid as always guys.👍🇺🇲🇺🇲
Check out performance micro tool for small endmills. Have been using their 1mm, 1/32, 1/16 and 1/8 end mills for years now. Good prices and very helpful. And those are their big tools they have lots smaller
My carbide endmill per tooth is: Aluminium tooldia/200 Steel tooldia/250 Stainless tooldia/300 Tool steel tooldia/500 It's a little anemic in general and especially so with tools under 1/8 to 1/16.

Good to know!
Do you know of a good video that shows how you are setting up your templates?
The original concept was presented in an AU presentation by Rob Lockwood.
But I'll make a video on it soon! I promise!
That song is amazing

Kenametal novo is garbage. I usually just call the tool division and get feeds and speeds.the go drills are thr exception here.
