The sight of Gen Eromobor GOC 1 Mech Infantry Division and my father 2nd Lt IO Ogundele the adjutant of 123 infantry battalion Minna Niger State in one of my father military album black and white pictures, makes me feel nostalgic whenever I peruse through those pictures. Those were glorious years of the military,just by the sight of any military personnel passing by you take dressing quick. May God return our military to their glorious years.

The Fulanis are in Nigeria for conquest and that was why Gobir was renamed Sokoto after it was conquered by their fore father " Othman Danfodio." and also installed their kinsmen as Emirs in all their conquered areas.
