Brook Pre-TS doesn’t exist in this game outside of cutscenes. The only Straw Hats with Pre-TS appearances and movesets (some characters like Kid have Pre-TS outfits but the moveset’s the same) are Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp.
