- Excerpts read from the classic text, On Cleaving to God. This text is an enduring Christina Classic. Albertus Magnus better known as St. Albert the Great wrote it almost 800 years ago. In it he describes the love of god that will help the faithful cleave to him.
Albertus Magnus (c. 1200 - November 15, 1280), also known as Saint Albert the Great or Albert of Cologne, was a German Catholic Dominican friar, philosopher and bishop. Later canonised as a Catholic saint, he was known during his lifetime as Doctor universalis and Doctor expertus and, late in his life, the sobriquet Magnus was appended to his name. Scholars such as James A. Weisheipl and Joachim R. Söder have referred to him as the greatest German philosopher and theologian of the Middle Ages. The Catholic Church distinguishes him as one of the 36 Doctors of the Church.

I'm kind of smiling because I'm old and was raised in the American deep south. Let's just say these mystics didn't really make the cut there - with rare exception.
Yet due to NDEs (near death experiences) I had at 4 and 19, I'm grateful to feel these mystics in ways that might not have happened otherwise.
This channel just brings more light - I'm grateful to see, feel and - perhaps most important - want it. It's nice being on the path with others in His endless embrace.

Wow! I must share. With a heart full of humble appreciation, I allowed the sounds to envelop me, and as I did, my eyes gently closed. In that serene moment, a cascade of flashbacks, divine visions, and profound dialogues with the Almighty unfolded within me. For those who understand this profound connection, you’ll know what I mean. Wow! My spirit was elevated, and in that sacred space, I reminisced about the journey of my life.
There, in communion with the Divine, I was shown a vision something like a celestial projector, vividly displaying before me. It revealed the countless blessings woven into the tapestry of my existence, and I saw the reflection of my life through His grace! Overwhelmed with emotion, tears streamed down my face as I repeatedly expressed my deepest thanks-‘Thank you, God, thank you, thank you.’ Humbly kneeling, my love for Him poured out from the depths of my soul. At 62, I have reached a pinnacle of spiritual awakening. Thank you so very much!❤ Im forever grateful.
