Productive 5AM day in my life | a reset vlog🧺

Waking up at 5:00 AM sets the tone for a productive day. Starting with a gentle stretch and deep breathing to wake up my body and mind. I also tried meditation & journaling to set my intentions.
As it is a reset day for me, I had to deep clean, declutter and organize my space as I wasn’t home for like a month or so
So happy to be back to base. Iykyk🌷
