The touch-screen works cause the small electric current from your body carries through the foil and water to the screen. Just the q-tip doesnt work cause plastic doesnt carry a current very well.

I tried this one and it lasted for about three minutes, and then gradually, the yellow highlighter turned black. So yes, it works, but it doesn't work for long (and ruins your highlighters)

1. Get different color tissue paper (the ones you put in gifts)
2. Cut / rip it in big pieces
3. Put it on paper
4. Get a wet/damp piece of paper towel and pat it down (you need a lot of water)
5. Leave it to dry for 2 days and take off the tissue paper
6. You will get this really cute watercolor abstract art
