Cabin porch winter decorations for our tiny house in the French countryside

The weather has changed, winter is coming and they say it may snow! So we're working on getting the porch of the cabin all decorated in a chalet / winter style as we want to take some pictures of it for future guests.

Loved this, and how you include animals and the scenery in all its variety. Sometimes those cows next door in pasture seem to be watching you as carefully as you shoot your footage. Always cracks me up😊
I do sometimes just put lights on tree or other items like star with shelter skelter, and it looks fine. Perfection is overrated💗

Xmas lights always wakes up de Tiny&Lau in me. Just give a hamer, saw but no Xmas lights. But the cabin looks great with those lights job well done

you have such a beautiful view from the tiny cottage, not sure why adding the petit bois? just for looks exterior wise? as looking out the windows might be nicer without them and easier to clean the windows? just thoughts/suggestion?
Yes for the looks. We’ll add them only to the upper part of the windows. When looking out from the inside they won’t block the view. We checked 😊 And we really think it adds to the style to have them.

You are too hard on yourself! You have so many skills and a can-do attitude. Those tiny lights were the problem, jumbled up, not your fault. Those things are so frustrating and tiring.
