This is one of the most incredible pieces written for the guitar in this century.

I love this piece, it sounds so alive. I first heard this watching John Williams play it, and enjoyed it so much I learned to play the piece myself, which is very challenging in places.. So glad this video popped up so I could listen to the Maestro himself play Usher Waltz as it was intended. Bravo.

I am floored by this video!!!! I aspire to have the same level of technique in my playing Nikita. It is hard for me express it in words. I am truly amazed. Thank you again!!!!

Well, the composer is...the composer !Despite the low volume of the original tape, I appreciate so many details that only the same composer can show in their full rendition. Grazie Maestro !

@@lucarinaldovillani63 oh, yes. The aircraft lost the engine over city of Bryansk. And we landed there with some difficulties. Another plane came at midnight. So we missed our flight from Athens and came very late. The jury let us to play the last because of that.

What a great composition and performance. Wonderful to see you play this yourself. What better insight we can have how you felt this and what approach serves the composition.I feel your passion and hats of of course for your creativity. And thank you uploading one of your masterpieces on YT. I didn't know the reason you don't play anymore and I wish you all the best dealing with that.
