Thanks for showing all these small restaurants and local dishes - they look amazing! How English-friendly are most of these places? This restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin guide, so is there at least a translation of the menu?
To be honest most of the places are not that English friendly 😂 I suppose those run by young people are better, but not this one, even with the Michelin coronation. But one thing good about this place is that, all their toppings for the day (except hidden menu) are displayed right on the counter so you can just point and they will understand and all prices are up on the menu. Or you can show them my video 😬.
Fufski, as always, the best, the most exciting food review - as close as you can get to a second-hand food experience ❤️. If Michelin could give stars for food reviews, you'd get all 3!!! Yet, one thing caused me a lot of concern that I got really nervous by the end of the video - did you seriously eat all these plates up in one sitting? Even if you had "one bite" how on earth did you survive the volume? If you really ate it all up, they should give you 5 stars for the stamina and the sacrifice. The most unbeliavable show when a small guy like this can handle so much 😮! Please, tell me you shared the food with your friends 🙏🙏🙏.
Haha, I did share all the food with another friend of mine and that was the one meal per day situation for both of us, so we were looking at 3 bowls of noodles per person per day which was not that bad. But still, having three bowls worth of noodles in one setting was quite a feat and the carb overload was real. I fell asleep back home immediately after the shooting was done 😂
I like that view of vegetarian food. As long as you don't see the meat pieces it's vegetarian! All of that food looked fantastic!

在法国的时候我看到这家的视频,乡愁加上炸酱面的诱惑让我很想打卡,在加上老板在那个视频里唱了一个呼伦贝尔大草原,觉得挺有意思,时常翻出来看看。回国后忘了很久,前段时间和我老婆去过一次,我们点了鳝鱼面、炸酱面,回锅肉面,鳝鱼面里挑出了一根铁线虫,回家后我们还都拉肚子了。让我的执念没有了。
