Hi Ross, today was my first day, day trading with a large amount of money (for me.) Thanks to everything you've taught me I noticed LIFW with a scanner. I went in when it broke the days frist high but I set my stop loss way to low because I'm not used to trading with large amounts of money. I got stopped out and lost £80. I paused and then watched the stock rise 5 dollars in ten mins. 12 dollars for the day. I don't know the amount of money I would have made. More than my current monthly wage. I also walked away and didn't try to make my money back revenge trading. I can't wait for tomorrow. I lost today but ultimately, because of your content I feel like I've won. A simple stop lose correction and today would have been the perfect first day, day trading. If I become full time day trader I'll be joing the warrior community for sure! Peace, from Ireland 🤟

Hey Ross! Long time follower! I love the content you create, and I enjoy watching your live streams! I have just one question for you.
At the end of the day, sometimes there are large buys or sells that don’t affect the market price, for example LCID today 9/21/21 had a sell of over 6M on the 1 min chart, yet it didn’t affect the stock price much at all compared to the trades intraday for much less volume. Can you explain why this happens?
Large trades that don't affect the price much are likely to be block trades, which you can learn more about here: www.warriortrading.com/block-trade-definition-day-trading-terminology/

I am a beginner trader. I have heard you should never "chase" stocks. But shouldn't you get in early as the stock goes up and as it gaps up you trade out. So my question is what is the difference between chasing a stock and gap & go stocks?

Great tips, I am a veteran myself. I made 1500 my first week trading the stocks you talked about one week. But I think I got lucky. Haha the more I watch the more I realize how tough it is. Especially if you can't watch the stock through out the day.

For free scanners, you can consider Thinkorswim from TD Ameritrade, which is a robust platform where you can set up scanners and set parameters to search the market for stocks that meet your criteria. There is also a web option called FinViz www.finviz.com/screener.ashx which allows you to screen out stocks to only the ones that meet your search criteria.

I traded a gapper and lost, the problem was it gapped up too much in pre market and when the market opened it dropped down. Makes me feel like I need to be trading at 5am before it gaps up too high. If you could do a video on this Ross that would be great.

18:10 what does it mean when you say a little extended on the one minute chart? When you said an entry at $12.86 would have been fine but its a little extended on 1m. Please tell me about what extended means in regards to this trade
When Ross thinks a stock is extended, he feels it has gone up to much too fast. He thinks the stock may be ready to pullback

I really hope you could answer with my question. When there is gap up in premarket, how do you know if the stock is for trading or ? I am very confused because some youtubers like you insist gap and go, while others propose gap and fill. What are your criteria to differentiate these two opposite strategies? I mean stocks literally between 0.00 and $1.00 per share I usually avoid. Penny stocks are tricky and I usually don’t trust them.

Hi Ross. When you go into and out of a trade as you do quickly, are you looking mainly at the 5 and 1 minute chart for the breakouts to confirm the buy and sell orders when level 2, time and sales are good? Or does the 10 second chart also help? Webull doesn't have a 10 second chart to use and that's my current broker. Also are your hot keys set to go through .05 on your buy and sell orders? What are your settings for hot keys? Thanks!
Ross does like to incorporate the 10 second charts, but the 1 and 5 minute charts are most important for Ross. I am also using Webull but I see some issues with executions when I try to use offset.
Ex: Buy
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.15 and fills at 5.14
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.13 and fills at 5.13
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.12 and fills at 5.12
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.11 and fills at 5.11
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.11 and fills at 5.11
--> price is at 5.10, limit order at 5.10 and fills at 5.10 or not fill and make us chase
Sell orders also having same issue, anyone sees this issue with webull???
(Best example: price at $5 got in at 5.05 and gone up to 5.25 and clicked on sell button which is last price and slides to 5 and my fill is around $4.95, Super frustrating :( )
I am at -12K but I am still using webull (not blaming webull entirely for my loss but there are issues with executions)
@@Ram-ht7mq I haven't setup my hot keys yet. On the trade window i noticed it doesn't update price until you click on the stock symbol again on the limit price space. Does that have any effect at all? Do you have to refresh that window every time you buy and sell?

What website or for news everyday you use?
There is a News Desk that posts in the Small Cap and Large Cap chat rooms throughout the day. You'll see it post headlines in the chat feed. You can also click any ticker from our scanners to be lead to www.warriortrading.com/quote/ with news about that specific stock. Traders in the rooms and moderators also share trade ideas in the chats, which can sometimes be catalysts and other information from news sources.
