⇧⇧⇧ ATTENTION! I advise you to watch the video in full, before venturing into this repair. You can replace the screen of your HUAWEI WATCH GT2 46 mm, but first you need to equip yourself with a suitable torx screwdriver, B-7000 glue, an antistatic pliers and of course the replacement spare.

Estuve casi un año con la pantalla de mi Huawei watch gt2 estrellada, y busqué en mi estado algún lugar donde pudieran repararlo y siempre era lo mismo, “no hay repuesto para ese reloj” hasta que vi a este “crack” y me animé a instalarlo yo mismo, ahora mi reloj anda al 100; gracias por el video y tu paciencia… saludos crack.

Unfortunately the one for the display cannot be found, but you could close it using glue B-7000. Once repaired, I would suggest not to use it in water because only the factory closure guarantees good waterproofing.
Congratulations for your video, it's great. My problem is that my touch screen does not work, I bought a spare part that includes the touch screen and the casing, so it will be easier to replace it. The question is, do you need the back cover that is screwed on the adhesive? Does that lid have a gasket? and would you submerge the watch in this case?

Obviously the back cover has a gasket, but if I remember correctly this one you find wedged in the old case. It should be the subtle gray one. If I were you I would not immerse it because only the manufacturing closure guarantees good waterproofing. Thanks for the compliments and best regards.

Got to ask on why did you apply glue on the frame and then puthe the double sided adhesive on it and then added more adhesive glue on top of that?
And surely you noticed that the back cover had traditional solid gasket on it and not glue. But anyhoo. Thanks for the video.
I put the glue on the display frame as an additional sealant to make it even more waterproof. While on the back cover we have a real rounded gasket that does not require any adhesive.
funny how the most important part seems to be to add back the straps 😆 these come first before even checking if the watch turns on in the end or not

I wouldn't use it in the water. Once opened, all immersion-proof devices are never as manufactured, even if they are sealed in the best possible way.

That tape you're talking about is nothing more than a double-sided tape. You could even close it with just the B-7000. I used both on the video, but anyway I advise you not to immerse it in water because it will never be like factory again.

Ciao! Per chi non è pratico in effetti non è semplice. Posso solo dirti che devi scaldare e provare, scaldare e riprovare e così via... sino a riuscire a staccarlo.

La guarnizione non la trovi da nessuna parte. Puoi usare una colla B-7000, ma poi ti sconsiglio di utilizzarlo in acqua.
Il primo cacciavite sul video è un torx, mentre il secondo (quello viola) è un cacciavite a stella.

You know when updating this watch you have to update it first on your mobile device then the watch will install the updated data. What happen in my watch is it is already installing however in the mid way of installing, it will reload and start installing AGAIN and it is happening over and over. You can't do it because despite having the same dimensions, the electronics are different.

Salve! Solo una volta mi è stata fornita quella guarnizione (che tra l'altro non era niente di che) da un venditore cinese che non ho più trovato online. Infine credo che dovrete farlo incollare con della colla B-7000, ma non risulterebbe del tutto impermeabile.

@@AleFixIT The same steps like you did it. The part with the sensors is exactly like change the back with battery. Remove the back cover with Torx T2, ten X screwdrive for disconnect metal connector secure, remove connector carefully and change backup part reverse.

L'alternativa è utilizzare la colla B-7000 per incollarlo e impermeabilizzarlo, ma devi essere bravo.

E' molto difficile trovare la guarnizione, a meno che sia fornita con il display. Puoi sigillarlo con colla B-7000, ma non metterlo sott'acqua. Anche con la guarnizione originale non è così ermetico come dicono.

Purtroppo le guarnizioni sono difficilissime da trovare. Puoi chiuderlo con colla B-7000, ma una volta aperto, ti consiglio di non utilizzarlo più in acqua.
