    So many that you have no idea . First of all a lot of grip required to play kho kho like sudden breaking of the motion or change the diretion of the motion , all this required a strong grip between your foot and the ground and for that your thigh ( hamstring and femuris muscle ) should have to be strong and flexible. Here if you have no idea about biomechanics advantage then perhaps you ended up getting injured while doing those turns , speed up or speed down . There are lot more others about 215 muscle movement where biomechanic advantages apply . Using the biomechanics of sport and exercise, athletes can learn about their own movements and make the changes they need to improve performance and lower their risk of injury.
