This house is without question absolutely stunning. EXCELLENT CINEMATOGRAPHY!!! I always say if you can't arrange to shoot a property at day and nighttime, record @ dusk so you have a combination of the two and these guys did it beautifully.
@@DubC It's not Only for Security. For second reason is the "Prestige" you have. The feeling of a safe tower with many "eyes". Almost all Expensive homes North of Athens Capital of Greece Ekali, Politia, Kifissia Have CCTV. It's a "Must".
@@Escape_Far_Away Already Dubai is super safe, but on top of that Palm Jumeirah is a gated community. There's a security guard at the main gate. They will not let you in until you provide the villa number and also name of the person living in the villa. There's also security guards in cars roaming within the community constantly. I have been to at least 50 luxury villas like this in Dubai, only one had a security camera.
