How new is this ? (Herniated my disk in 2010 at 17) did everything. Stretch therapy. Physical therapy. Steroid shot. Then disc shave surgery a couple years later. Back to therapy. I told him back fusion is off the table. Still have minimal pain everyday. Sometimes extreme pain. To back to leg numbness, tingle. My doctor never told me about this. (his words) I had the biggest herniated disk he’s seen. Didn’t understand how I could walk. Lol
