I purchased over 20 plants from him in August. Due to a mistake by the courier company, the parcel arrived quite late, and some of the plants were in poor condition. I informed the supplier, and he promptly sent replacements along with a couple of extra plants as a free gift. Now, most of the plants are flowering. My experience with suppliers from West Bengal has generally been disappointing, but he is a true gentleman and an honest supplier.
