Although I was late and joined around late 2015, I also miss these times. Crazy how post 2018 there are zero channels with good group discussions outside of a when the OGs come together for a stream the couple times a year they might.

That chapter was terrible. The day I dropped it was the Day The Best Characters died and The Man who should have died long ago Lived Once Again! If I remember correctly I threw my phone across the room when I saw the end of that chapter! That to me was the Last Chapter and everything else after was DLC Epilogue that no one cared about!

don't bother..ill just let you in...its like when Kakashi got perfect Susanoo from dead obito...but 2x worse somehow...sting was the big bad hyped up for 3 arcs and then literally just cries and begs not to lose his own tournament because fairy tail guild is all posing like their about to have a orgy and its so much worse than you can imagine after 320 chapters of this nakama shit this is the worst chapter in history...its just so lame..imagine if cell did all that shit and then at the start of the cell games started crying when he saw how much stronger the warriors all got when they teamed together and landed at his feet..its like wtf?...why even read fairy tial at that point if the big bad of an arc just gives up making the arc invalid and making the heroes seem like they have little opposition and can will their way to wins just by showing up ..its essentially a canon long filler arc and it hurts that deep into a series to have an arc that gay
I would say it's your choice..... While it has its flaws its main strength lies in flow of emotions and relationship between the characters which are relatable in their own way.... It's best if you treat it as a slice of life shonen
