Dota 2 is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game in which two teams of five players compete to destroy a large structure defended by the opposing team known as the "Ancient" whilst defending their own. As in Defense of the Ancients, the game is controlled using standard real-time strategy controls, and is presented on a single map in a three-dimensional isometric perspective. Ten players each control one of the game's 124 playable characters, known as "heroes", with each having their own design, strengths, and weaknesses. Heroes are divided into two primary roles, known as the core and support.

yeah. i watched the original replay and his ult damage raw 2500 each. thats 5000 raw on all 5 enemy heroes. even with the 40% magic resistance, that would still be 3000 damage. so pretty much everyone at that point dies.
Just use smoke or buy invis?
@@bruhbruh4635 you realise that you need to be invis to not be hit by the first, so unless you are riki or spamming smokes (which are a limited Ressource) you will get hit by both or at least 1 ultimate
@@bruhbruh4635 but you dont know when zeus uses ulti, do you ? you could time his ulti, but he could just postpone it a few seconds... so would you stay invisible the whole time and not farming ?
Perma Invi hero with euls is the only way I see to counter this
This video is a nice balancer to the Enchantress being immune to damage one the other day.

@@positiveplayer4744 Zeus with 200% extra damage wouldn't do much to 95% magic resistance. Even if he does 10k damage, with 95% resistance the enemy would only take 500 of that.
The scary part isnt the instakill, its that Zeus had only a 1k networth lead. Normally you'd expect a 20k lead or something bonkers
the 1k lead is for the whole team. You see Zeus had 13/1 score, so he's doing pretty good, but the other team probably had some good farming until he got his refresher.

rapier is already balance with this. its basically impossible to acquire 2 or more rapier in normal match without some kind of throwing or trolling

Back then when Zeus ult naturally just did more damage, and aghs increases Zeus ult damage, we used to just rush aghs refresher and achieve this lol

Wouldn’t khanda be broken with Zeus as well? It would add the right click damage from rapiers for his single target spells. Then you could also one shot with lightning bolt on single targets.

There's still the DD rune that amplifies the damage by 15% LMAO, or in Ability draft get Lina's or Muerta's Shard XD

This folding method only applies to things that cannot be accelerated to more than 100%

yeah i don't enjoy turbo anymore because of this. everyone is buying rapier and once they got everything its over for the enemy team
Blade mail brother.. or BKB.. There's always a counter to this strat, you just gotta know the timing to it. And that's the difficult part.
You can counter this meme in multiple ways, such as:
- Buying health and magic resist
- Using smoke or shadow blade to become invisible (lets you avoid the dmg from the first ult)
- Blademail
- Euls or Windwaker
- Aeon Disk
- Counting the cooldown for refresher orb (3 minutes) so you can expect when he'll do the combo
- Not letting the Zeus have a 13/1/7 KDA 17 minutes into the game...
If you die to the first zeus ult like PA did in the last clip of the video, it means she has only bought items that give 0 defensive stats and he absolutely deserves to get trashed

@@andersen240 50% magic resistance bonus will help quite a lot, with 200% spell amp a single Zeus ult does 2100 damage so BKB would reduce it quite a lot
@@Bordey as the other guy said, knowing timing is difficult. you dont know when zeus uses ulti, even if you know his ulti is ready. so none of what you list except (magic resistance + heart) would work for first ulti. notice how zeus patiently waited for aeon disk/bkb/eul effect to end before casting second ulti. the cool blademail wouldnt work for second ulti either, because oracle was there, or zeus could just wait for its effect to end...
