I would def grade one for the personal collection, wouldn’t hurt to grade them both and keep the higher grade and flip the other if you really want a chance at the 10, keeping one and selling the other while it’s high is probably smart since the set is brand new! Incredible hits in that second booster bundle! I agree Smoke & Mirrors are great! They have incredible service and great prices! As to the Pikachu SIR's, I'd definitely have one graded and possibly the other, depending on how it comes back and what pricing for 9's is.
grade them both, they are pack fresh and psa is bipolar, if u get a nine u can just crack it out if you need to sell it for raw value assuming its gonna be one of those cards where raw is more valuable than a 10, and if just one of them gets the 10 its insane profit, i seen on ebay there was one selling for $3k USD with like 40 bids...
I have seen that listing it's absolutely insane haha. You make a good point though probably won't lose much by grading but have potential to increase a lot
