      Hah yeah, there's just the one Taobao links I put in the desc. Think it's a product worth stocking?

    interesting, I'd be quite interested in getting OpenBSD running on these for router application.

      Unfortunately I don't expect that to be an easy feat, but you could definitely get it going to a basic degree. It'd just be the lack of drivers for most of the IO that's likely the issue!

      @@PlatimaTinkers true, that soc isn't explicitly supported. From what I can tell it doesn't seem very different architecturally to some of the other supported chips, but I'm sure there's enough to make it interesting. A man can dream though.

      @@mikepartin571 Yeah it's pretty much brand new.
      You'd likely be able to get any kernel that supports rv64imafdc running on there, ideally with the vector extensions too, you'd just need to make sure the device tree is compatible - I'm not sure how *BSD handles those. Then it's just down driver availability for those attached devices!

    If you have the Window Capture source selected in OBS and don't see the terminal window as an option, you may have to select another source, then click back on the Window Capture source to see if any new windows show. Hope that helps, but if it doesn't, it's a great reminder to contribute to open source projects. :)

      Yeah so I've been trying to get the Automatic Scene Switcher working properly. What got me here I think is that I had set it up the window title matching to include my username, but then when I was SSH'd to another device before launching OBS, it did find the window title and grab the hWnd from it to follow.
      I think I'm going to add a small 7" external screen as a viewport/monitor so I can see realtime what's going on, as that would definitely help in the future 😅
      Thanks for your input and suggestions either way!

      @@PlatimaTinkers the most challenging thing with OBS is keeping an eye on it. Hope the additional monitor helps. :)

    How can we control the PMIC? It has an I2C interface but no datasheet. Some stuff are documented for kernel space drivers and UBoot. But no idea how to approach it

    • @PlatimaTinkers
      @PlatimaTinkers  День тому

      The PMIC is not meant to be controlled - it's pre-programmed to output the power channels the board needs, and essentially just sits there regulating voltages.
      From what I understand, it may be connected to GPIOs 93 & 94, but whether or not these lines are enabled in the hardware or device tree I am not sure as it's listed as 'TBC'.

    Does the fastboot you use in the end equate to the fastboot used in android, and if so wouldn't you have more luck using the fast boot included with android Studio

    This manufacturer is looks like they don’t want international customers, their website is in Chinese only. Good review, I would have liked to buy and test this sbc in USA.
